About
Our websites are not just online brochures. They are built to be powerful marketing tools that are optimized for the search engines and integrated with social media. Yet, they are user-friendly and simple enough for anyone to learn to update and use them.
Our goal is two-fold:
- To help you develop the best possible presence on the web
- To give you confidence as you enter the world of online promotion.
Some people are more familiar with the web than others, and that’s okay. We will work at your own pace as you learn and gain confidence. You can do this. We’re here to help and equip you.

Meet our team
Thomas Umstattd Jr., CEO
Thomas built his first website at the age of 13 and has been helping people with the web ever since. He runs www.AuthorTechTips.com, a website that helps authors use technology to sell more books and build their online platforms. Thomas is an award-winning speaker on the subject of marketing and technology, and is in the process of publishing a book on the dangers of digital gaming.
In his spare time, he enjoys rock-climbing, volunteering for pro-life ministries, and blogging at his personal website, www.ThomasUmstattd.com.

Samantha Fagan, Designer
Sam built her first website at the ripe age of 12 (beat ya, Thomas!). Being a HTML/CSS goddess, she’s now tackling all-things-Wordpress.
She does design work for Umstattd Media as well as coding and support.
You can see her personal site and web portfolio at SamFagan.com.
You can follow her on Twitter @suprsamfagan.
Hannah Hill, Website Support
Unlike Thomas and Sam, Hannah’s geek-streak lay dormant until the worlds of politics and blogging united to call it out. After volunteering for a political campaign for Rick Green, an Umstattd Media client, she came on board Umstattd Media and has never looked back. Hannah works from her home in the hills of South Carolina, where you can usually find her customizing a WordPress theme, coaching a client, or – you guessed it - blogging about politics at www.inhenryswake.com.
Katherine Suess, Website Support
Despite her last name, Katherine Suess is of no relation to Dr. Seuss (note the spelling difference), though she doesn’t mind the perennial question when it gets asked. To make things even more confusing, she decided to become an author herself!
Just the one creative outlet has not been sufficient enough, however, and so she recently branched out into web design, coming on with the Umstattd Media team in January.
